Descriptions

Hello. It has been a long time indeed. Since We have so promised, We will try to write as much as We can during the course of Our busy days. In any case, let Me begin the process of uncovering what the Slenderman...appears to be.

      This beasty  is said to have the appearance of a tall man wearing a business suit. Its height is indescribable, for it can stretch and shrink its body at whim. It also has the ability to produce black tendrils from its back, most likely to ensnare its prey. It is said that this is the reason the Slanderman lives in the forest, for its tendrils allow it to blend in with the dead to dying trees around it. This creature also able to cross to another dimension, most commonly called the Path of Black Leaves. This is the place where it is assumed that it takes the bodies of its victims after it captures them. It's home is vast, and even ever expanding, if possible. A book helped to conceive the Slenderman's birth, it is called The House of Leaves. My partner is currently reading the book, therefore They will be able to give better insight into the storyline.
       The Slenderman goes after children or when the children grow up, it is said to still pursue them. It even may latch onto their children. This monstrosity will hypnotize its prey, most likely telepathically, and lure them towards it. It even holds out its arms to little children in a mocking fashion of a mother might to do to a frightened child. This may lure the children even closer to the Slenderman...Then they are gone. They have been whisked away to the Path of Black Leaves. There has been some curious theories though, in order to protect yourself from this gentleman's version of a closet monster. Have you noticed the signs? You see them every where, usually it is grouped with the Slenderman. Also accompanied with the phrase, The Operator is watching. (x) One source claimed it to be the summoning sign for the Slenderman. Which I highly doubt, for that means many hunters of the Slenderman are wearing a neon sign that says KILL ME. I assume that it is for keeping it away. They represent eyes, which when are turned on the Slenderman, freezes the suited man to this dimension. it is forced to stay here as long as you stare at it. Just don't blink, for when you do, you have released it back to its home. Released it to try another day. Of course, who knows what will happen it it gets into a staring contest of life and death? Think of Doctor Who and the Weeping Angel statues...

Been a DAMN LONG TIME!

Well everyone! Sorry about being gone for so long! Honestly slendy has not been following me. No shit like that. But me and my partner have been doing research. Tons and tons of research. We have a lot to talk about! Personally We are gonna get everything straight and start going on and on about all the different things! We have a lot of ground to cover, but luckily a lot of time! First thing we are gonna go into is the vlogs since those are shorter and dont delve into core theory as much we shall begin with those! For now ie just gotta pic which one to start out with but I have got a damn good idea.

As Promised, the Beginning...

Hello again.

As We have promised, We shall start to look into the mythical Slenderman’s origins.

The entry also included two pictures and the accounts of two photographers. In the photographs, a tall blurred figure stands with multiple children, its arms outstretched. The story goes that after these pictures were taken, fourteen children disappeared and were never found. After this posting, the internet was flooded with others, claiming to have encounters with the tall creature. Officials have waved these off, counting them nothing, but a part of a popular trend. More people refused to stop believing in this story and searched deeper…They found their answers.

In Germany, there is a certain bedtime story that you and I have heard from time to time. This story was to help bad children to behave themselves…If not, Der Grosse man would take them away. Der Grosse man, or The Tall Man, would stalk them until they were his. There are also other reports of children (or more recently young adults) that they would dream of being chased by an unknown monster….

Even further back, in the sixteenth century to be exact, a woodcutter by the name of Hans Freckenburg created a scene called ‘Der Ritter’, or ‘The Knight’. In this picture there is a skeletal-like creature stabbing a knight with a lengthy appendage.  Many believers have made this to be their core argument, claiming that the Slenderman was around for centuries. In reality, this picture was photo shopped. Yes, you heard me. If you look on this lovely chap’s site, you will find more a detailed explanation on the matter.

Still, this cannot trump the fact that even though that is disproved, many people have not yet solved that fact that the Slenderman has slipped into the Egyptian legends as well. It was most used at the age of 3100 BC in Lower Egypt, with being used in the phrase, The Thief of the Gods.

Now that you have a faint idea of how long the Slenderman has been around, We shall explain WHAT it is in the post to follow.

Intro part dos. (Gotta love that banner!)

Well this is Shadow. Gotta love codenames!
Well I guess im posting to kinda give my own little introduction into what the hell we are doing?

First off.
We are not to be confused with slenderia!
We will tackle core theory and such as that.
But we are different in the manner that we are gonna give some opinions add some new theories and tackle some new things! Such as maybe discussing with some other people whove tackled core theory.

Second off.
This blog is completely for informational purpose and such as that

Third off.
There will be different opinions and different writing styles as such because we are 2 different people! and we will be having lots of theories and such to share! (maybe post some personal stories and such)

Well thats all as for me. Well you dont need to know much about me as im kinda boring.
Well weve settled in with the blog. gotten accustomed to it. and now we are ready to go!

Introductions

Hello. I see that you're interested about Us and what We have to report, but first I believe some introductions are in order. I am Silence and my companion is Shadow.We will give you timely information about the mythical Slenderman. One reason We desire to do this, for the most part, is because We have noticed the HUGE amounts of information scattered all over the internet. This blog was created to capture and display all of these stories for your convenience. 

We do NOT desire to become crazed lunatics who rant about how the Slenderman is going to tear Us to pieces and rip out Our intestines through Our eye sockets. 

No, Dear Reader, We wish to give you vast amounts of information in one place. Most people have no idea who the Slenderman is, and those who do seem to have difficulty finding information. Also, there are many different blogs with many different stories with many different encounters with many different experiences...But, Dear Reader, We digress. 

We will post these tales about this creature, to help you decide what the true story of the Slenderman is.

We also encourage greatly that you help us by sending us links and references to help Us gather all of the information We can.

Well I guess its about time...

Well for those of you wondering who the hell WE are.
We arent another blog about how The Slenderman is chasing us and how we have happened to meet up with the PTC and Scott is helping us out. We aren't proxies, we aren't PTC, and we sure as hell arent runners. And we aren't going to become that. (hopefully ;p)
This is a blog specifically designed to compile the massive amounts of data regarding The Slenderman.

We will be discussing everything from the mythology to every aspect, blog, database, and youtube series regarding The Operator.

This is a compilation that will take a lot of time to put together.
This data is specifically to us considered fictional works and also considered mythology TO US.

One last thing...Anyone who wants to contribute, add, or converse about data and theories with us.
